Early check in on arrival for a 2-night stay at Mani Mansion. Morning at leisure. Afternoon tour taking in Sidi Saiyyed mosque, Hutheesing Jain temple, Gandhi ashram, Dada Hari stepwell and the Shreyas folk museum. (N)<\/p>\n

Day 3: Ahmedabad<\/strong><\/p>\n

Walking tour of the old city visiting Mangaldas ni haveli, Manek Chowk square, the kite museum and Sankhej Raza mosque complex. Enjoy a Thali dinner at The House of MG. (B, D)<\/p>\n

Day 4: Dasada<\/strong><\/p>\n

Drive to Dassada to spend 2 nights at the Rann Riders Eco-Resort. En route visit the Modhera sun temple, built in 1026; the Rani-ki-Vav stepwell, one of the grandest stepwells in India; and the colourful havelis at Sidhpur. (B, L, D)<\/p>\n

Day 5: Dasada<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enjoy a desert safari across the Little Rann of Kutch, a saline wilderness which is home to the wild ass as well as a multitude of water birds. In the afternoon visit the local Mihir, Rabari and Bajania tribes, who create some of the most

Day 6: Gogunda<\/strong><\/p>\n

Drive to Gogunda for a 2-night stay at Gogunda Palace, a 16th-century fortress.

Morning at leisure. Afternoon sightseeing tour in the lakeside city of Udaipur, visiting the city palace. Wander through the streets of the old town before taking a cruise on Lake Pichola. Day 10: Jaisalmer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Drive to the \u2018Golden City\u2019 of Jaisalmer for a 2-night stay at Mariott Resort & Spa. (B)<\/p>\n

Enjoy a day\u2019s sightseeing including Jaisalmer fort, Gadisar lake, Patwon-ki-haveli, Sadar Bazar and Desert National Park. (B)<\/p>\n

Day 12: Fly to Jaipur<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take the short flight to Jaipur for a 2-night stay at Trident Jaipur (or similar).(B)<\/p>\n

Morning tour of Amber Fort followed by an afternoon tour of the City Palace, Jantar Mantar observatory and local bazaars. (B)<\/p>\n

Depart for Agra. Visit the 16th-century Mughal-built Agra fort and witness sunset at the Taj Mahal. Overnight at the Radisson (or similar). (B)<\/p>\n
